Through the "standardization, process, and institutionalization" of management and the "specialization, professionalism, and internationalization" of the team, the NPS system focuses on safety, quality, efficiency and cost, and aims to achieve the goal of exceeding customer expectations through six pillars - digital intelligent manufacturing, lean operation, talent development, green co-construction, supply and demand at the same frequency, and continuous empowerment, so as to achieve the company's vision: sustainable profitability, sustainable operation, becoming an excellent lean enterprise, and driving the high-quality and sustainable development of China's manufacturing industry.
Clarify tasks and implement responsibilities
The meeting also gave an in-depth interpretation of the specific plan, key work and incentive assessment mechanism for the promotion of the NPS system in 2025. The heads of each center made speeches on the promotion of the NPS system in 2025, expressing their determination and confidence.
In his concluding speech, Chairman Wang Xinglei emphasized that "the NPS system is the only way to improve the management of Xinlitong". He proposed that the promotion of the NPS system must achieve unified thinking, senior management leadership, clear goals, and 100% responsibility implementation. The promotion of NPS should have a clear plan and clear path, gradually promote it in stages, and pay attention to the result orientation of value, measurable and exchangeable. It is necessary to achieve the participation of all employees, should know and respond, promote action with knowledge, and integrate knowledge and action; All employees should achieve "all responsibilities are in me first", be realistic and enterprising, have the courage to take responsibility, and jointly promote the construction of the NPS system.
