CAE Process Design Technology
CAE is used to simulate temperature field distribution, mold filling and solidification processes. Through repeated design and verification, a precise top and bottom mold clamping design is adopted, and finally a reasonable pre-production casting plan is formulated.

Resin Sand Static Casting
It adopts the mixed molding of furan resin, curing agent and quartz sand, and is mostly used for casting complex large castings and static castings with a wall thickness greater than 15mm.

The mold cavity is brushed with zircon powder coating, which is high temperature resistant and ensures excellent surface quality of castings.
The molding sand has good collapsibility, easy cleaning and excellent formability, with low gas generation, good thermal stability and air permeability, which reduces casting defects such as sand adhesion, sand inclusion, sand holes, gas holes, shrinkage cavities and cracks.
Precision Casting
It adopts silica sol, zircon powder, medium-temperature wax and mullite sand for shell making, and is mostly used for producing thin-walled castings such as twisted plates and small Y-type tubes.

High surface finish, with roughness up to Ra 3.2μm.
High shell strength, resulting in small casting deformation and high dimensional accuracy.
Complete Molds
Over 500 sets of wooden molds and metal molds are available, covering elbows, Y-type tubes, twisted plate tubes, Tetra tubes, reducer tubes, tees, cross joints, etc.
These molds are suitable for various specifications and models of pipe fittings, including cracking furnace tube fittings, reformer tube fittings, as well as elbows and brackets of metallurgical radiant tubes.
