SETTING
Industry Background
During operation, reformer tubes are subjected to high temperatures, high pressures, and corrosive gases. Therefore, the tube material must possess oxidation resistance, carburization resistance, coking resistance, and high-temperature strength. Currently, MIDREX designs are continuously increasing the furnace temperature of the reformer, requiring the tubes to withstand temperatures above 1185℃. Clearly, traditional materials cannot meet this temperature resistance requirement.
