Ensure product quality

The company owns the only CNAS-accredited testing laboratory in the industry, and is qualified to issue testing reports bearing the ILAC-CNAS joint mark.

Quality Assurance

The quality control system of Qingdao NPA strictly follows IS09001. All production and process inspections can be traced to ensure effective quality production processes and provide reliable quality assurance.

Testing Equipment

Qingdao NPA will be equipped with high-temperature creep testing machines and scanning electron microscopes (SEM), and will become the first manufacturer in China to meet all testing requirements for high alloy furnace tubes in the petrochemical industry.

NPA's inspection laboratory meets the requirements of product quality inspection and research and development experiments in accordance with ASTM A608 standard, HG/T2601 standard, HG/T3673 standard, and Sinopec (2012) No. 69 document. The certification of laboratories should be conducted in accordance with the GB/T27025 standard (equivalent to the ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation criteria for testing and calibration laboratories).
