The quality control system of NPA is strictly implemented in accordance with ISO 9001. All production and in-process inspections are traceable, ensuring effective quality control throughout the manufacturing process and providing reliable quality assurance.

NPA has developed its Quality Manual and procedural documents based on the requirements of the GB/T 19001 (ISO 9001) standard and its product structure. These documents comprehensively cover all quality control procedures for its products, and quality management is rigorously carried out in line with the relevant provisions of GB/T 19001 (ISO 9001).

Design Documents: Prepared in accordance with the requirements specified by engineering companies.

For each contract, production drawings, technical documents, and an Inspection & Test Plan shall be prepared. Inspections shall cover raw materials, production processes, finished products, and outsourced components.

Production, inspection, and testing equipment and facilities shall comply with all corresponding inspection and testing requirements.

Stop points shall be established at corresponding quality inspection locations for each production process to check the product quality of the respective procedure. Records and identification shall be made at each stop point.
